Our Volnewmer services cover the areas below. We recommend a treatment only when the expected benefit and safety assessment support it.

Face and neck services

Our facial services include the eye area, forehead, cheeks and jawline. We also offer full-face, neck-only and combined face-and-neck plans. The consultation determines which areas are suitable and whether treatment can meet your goal.

The catalogue includes these pulse options:

• Forehead: 300 pulses.

• Jawline and cheeks: 500 or 700 pulses.
• Jawline, cheeks and eyes: 800 pulses.
• Full face: 1200 pulses.

These are service descriptions, not a self-selected treatment dose. Tip size, energy, coverage, skin thickness and the area all matter. We confirm the plan rather than asking you to choose a pulse count from photographs or another person's result.

Volnewmer for body skin

Our body services include 400, 500, 600, 800 and 1200-pulse options. We assess the area and skin condition before choosing the coverage. The abdomen, upper arms and thighs are examples of areas that can be assessed; a particular pulse package does not automatically mean that an entire area can be treated.

Body treatment aims to improve the appearance of loose skin. It does not remove large folds of excess skin, repair separated abdominal muscles or treat obesity. If fat volume, muscle tone, stretch marks or cellulite is your main concern, we explain why a different plan may be more appropriate. Facial study results cannot predict how much change you will see on your body.

One treatment page, individual plans

Face, neck and body treatment use the same device platform, but they do not use one universal protocol. We consider your anatomy, skin response, previous treatments and medical history. We explain the expected appointment length and the review plan before you book treatment.

When we consider Volformer

Volformer combines Ultraformer MPT focused ultrasound with Volnewmer RF. Ultrasound creates small treatment points at selected depths; RF heats a broader tissue region. This lets our doctor plan each method for a different part of the concern, when both are suitable. Two devices are not necessary for every face.

Tell us about fillers, threads, lasers, RF treatments and surgery, including dates and areas. Previous treatment and facial volume affect whether we recommend RF alone, a combined session or a different option. We do not use one sequence, energy setting or depth plan for everyone.

What improvement is realistic?

Volnewmer is intended to improve skin firmness through controlled RF heating. A modest change can be useful when skin looseness is mild. It does not produce the same result as removing excess skin with surgery, and it does not add volume in the same way as a dermal filler.

A small published Volnewmer study measured facial texture changes after treatment and at one month. It supports cautious discussion of possible improvement, but does not establish a guaranteed lifting effect or long-term result for every patient. See the published facial study.

We compare your progress with the starting condition and agreed goal. Neither an immediate sensation of tightness nor the total number of pulses proves that a lasting result has developed. Skin continues to age, and the effect is not permanent. We decide whether repeat treatment is useful after reviewing your response.

How to prepare

Bring details of your medicines, supplements, implants, health conditions and previous cosmetic treatments. Tell us about reduced skin sensation, problems with healing, recent tanning or sunburn, and any rash or infection. Do not stop prescribed medicines on your own.

Tell us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. We defer elective Volnewmer treatment in these circumstances. We also need to know about an implanted pacemaker, defibrillator or other electronic device before making any treatment plan.

After your appointment

Follow the written instructions we give you for cleansing, moisturising, sun protection and return to exercise or other treatments. The advice depends on the area treated and your skin response. Avoid rubbing or applying irritating products to sore skin, and contact us if you are unsure when to restart your usual routine.

Contact the clinic promptly for blistering, increasing pain, a burn, marked swelling, new skin colour changes or symptoms that do not settle as explained. Seek urgent medical assessment for severe or rapidly worsening symptoms. Do not wait for a planned review if you have a concern.

Side effects and material risks

Heat-based RF treatment can cause discomfort, redness, swelling and tenderness. Possible complications include burns, blisters, pigment changes, nodules and scarring. Cooling and monitoring help reduce avoidable risk; they do not make treatment risk-free. Our doctor explains the risks that apply to your area and skin.

When treatment may be unsuitable

An implanted pacemaker, defibrillator or another active electronic implant is a reason to avoid RF treatment. Tell us about metal implants, dental work, permanent fillers, threads, tattoos and past surgery so we can assess the proposed area and treatment path.

We postpone treatment over an active infection, an open wound or inflamed skin. Pregnancy and breastfeeding are reasons to defer elective treatment. Poor healing, reduced sensation, uncontrolled diabetes, bleeding disorders, significant heart disease, epilepsy, connective tissue disease and cancer treatment can change the safety decision. We review these before recommending treatment.

Tell us about blood thinners, steroids and immune-suppressing medicines. A history of keloid scars, eczema, psoriasis or an unwanted response to an earlier treatment also needs review. This is part of a medical assessment, not a checklist for deciding suitability yourself.

What the specifications mean

Volnewmer uses 6.78 MHz monopolar RF. XERF uses 6.78 and 2 MHz RF with its own cooling and depth settings. Frequency alone does not establish a better result or an exact treatment depth. Skin thickness, settings and the way energy is delivered also matter.

Volnewmer's continuous water cooling and vibration help us manage comfort. They do not mean treatment is painless, or prove less discomfort than XERF. Both are heat-based treatments with possible side effects.

Why add ultrasound?

Volformer gives our doctor two energy types to plan separately. That can be useful when the facial assessment supports focused ultrasound as well as RF heating. We use the devices in sequence, not firing simultaneously. We target suitable tissue layers rather than treating every layer by default.

No direct clinical trial in the evidence we reviewed shows that Volnewmer or Volformer gives better results than XERF. Our detailed comparison explains what is known and how we choose an option for your concern.

At Evolution Clinic, we provide a modern alternative to XERF - Ultraformer. Volnewmer and XERF both use monopolar radiofrequency (RF). A treatment tip rests on your skin and delivers energy that creates controlled heat beneath the surface. This stimulates collagen, the protein that helps skin stay firm. Both treatments work without needles or incisions.

Volnewmer is a good option to consider for mild skin looseness on the face, neck or body. Its continuous water cooling helps protect the skin surface and manage discomfort. We choose the treatment tip and settings for your skin and the area being treated. The devices differ in how they deliver energy and cool the skin, so similar technology does not mean identical results.

If your face would benefit from ultrasound as well as RF, our Volformer treatment combines Ultraformer MPT and Volnewmer in one planned session. Our doctor checks your skin and facial volume before recommending either option.
