Instant 3D shaping with reversible hyaluronic gels
Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a water-binding molecule naturally found in skin. In dermal fillers, HA is cross‑linked into a smooth gel so it holds shape and provides lift. Different technologies—such as NASHA (Restylane), Vycross (Juvederm) and CPM (Belotero)—change the gel’s firmness (G′), cohesivity and spread, allowing us to match the product to the job: firmer gels for bone‑level support in the chin or cheek, and softer gels for lines on the neck or more delicate contouring at the temples. During treatment we inject small amounts using a fine needle or a blunt‑tip cannula, placing the gel supraperiosteally for structure or subdermally/superficially for contour and line smoothing. The gel adds immediate volume and attracts some water, restoring light reflection and facial angles. Over time, your body gradually breaks down the HA through natural enzymes. If an adjustment is required, hyaluronidase can dissolve HA selectively. We use only FDA‑approved brands (Restylane, Juvederm, Belotero, Neauvia and other top products) and tailor placement and volume to your goals.Contraindications

- History of severe allergies or anaphylaxis.
- Previous permanent or unknown fillers in the planned area.

Predictable results in one visit with minimal downtime
Most people get noticeable contour improvement in a single session. Typical volumes are 1–3 ml total, staged if needed for precision. Common options include Cheeks 1 ml, Chin (mentum) 1 ml, Temples 1 ml and Neckline 1 ml, adjusted to your facial structure. A review at 2 weeks allows for minor refinements. Longevity varies by area, product and metabolism: cheeks 12–18 months, chin 9–15 months, temples 9–12 months, neckline 6–9 months. Maintenance top‑ups are usually planned every 6–12 months to keep definition consistent. Session time is usually 30–60 minutes including consultation and mapping. Before your appointment: avoid alcohol for 24 hours; if your doctor agrees, pause non‑essential blood‑thinning supplements/medications (e.g., ibuprofen, aspirin, fish oil, vitamin E) for 48–72 hours; arrive with clean skin; postpone if you have any infection; schedule at least 2 weeks apart from dental work or vaccines. Aftercare for the first 24–48 hours: avoid heavy exercise, heat, saunas, and intense sun; do not massage unless instructed; keep makeup off for 12 hours; apply cool compresses in short intervals for swelling; sleep on your back and avoid pressure on treated areas. Mild redness, swelling or small lumps can occur and usually settle within a few days. If you notice severe pain, blanching of the skin or visual changes, contact the clinic urgently. Hyaluronidase is available if an adjustment is needed. What goes well with Hyaluronic Dermal Face Contouring Fillers?
- Botulinum TherapyRelax overactive muscles that pull on treated areas. This helps your filler contour look smoother and stay stable longer, with fewer lines from movement. Plan it 1–2 weeks apart from your filler visit.
- Hydrating Face Skin BoosterDeep hydration improves elasticity and glow around contoured zones. Well-hydrated skin supports the filler and reduces creasing and fine lines. Great as a finishing touch 2–4 weeks after fillers.
- LED TherapyGentle LED light calms redness and swelling after injections and supports quicker recovery. It also boosts cellular activity for a healthier look over your new contours.
- Clear Lift 4D Face Skin RemodelingThis laser refines pores and tone to make facial contours look cleaner and more defined. Schedule sessions at least 2 weeks away from filler appointments to protect the result.
- Exosomes for FaceExosome infusion encourages collagen and improves texture. It upgrades the skin quality over filled areas so contours look natural and even.
