How much is Botox in Dubai?
Facial expression lines
What does Botox do?
Botulinum toxin reduces movement in selected muscles. It can soften frown lines, forehead lines and crow’s feet that appear when you make expressions. It does not add volume or remove every line.
At Evolution Clinic in Jumeira, our doctors assess your face at rest and in motion. We plan treatment around the changes you want and the movement you wish to keep. Results develop gradually and are temporary.

key facts
Is Botox right for you?
A consultation helps us decide whether muscle relaxation can address your concern.
- Expression linesMost useful for lines linked to muscle movement. Deep resting lines may need a different approach.
- Gradual, temporary changeMany people notice change within days. Cosmetic effects commonly last about three to four months, with individual variation.
- Doctor assessment firstWe check your health, facial movement and previous treatments before choosing the product and areas.
- Understand the risksBruising, headache and unwanted weakness can occur. Breathing, swallowing or speaking difficulty needs immediate medical help.
Your appointment
What happens during Botox treatment?
We discuss your goals, examine the muscles and explain realistic changes, alternatives and risks.
If you decide to proceed, your doctor places small injections in the agreed areas. You may feel brief stinging. We give you written aftercare and explain when to contact us or return for review.
You can usually return to most everyday activities. Small marks, tenderness or bruising may remain visible, so allow time before an important event.
Real results

Questions
Questions before you book
Which areas can you treat?
We assess forehead lines, frown lines between the eyebrows and crow’s feet. Selected concerns around the nose, chin, smile or jaw need their own assessment. A full-face plan means coordinated treatment of suitable areas; it does not mean that every facial muscle needs an injection.
Will I still look like myself?
We discuss how much movement you want to keep and plan around your anatomy. The aim can be a softer expression rather than complete stillness. A natural-looking result cannot be guaranteed. Unwanted weakness or asymmetry is possible, and some lines remain even when movement is reduced.
Which Botox product will you use?
Botox is a brand name; botulinum toxin is the medicine type. Botox, Dysport and Xeomin are different botulinum toxin products. We confirm the exact product for your appointment and explain why it fits your plan. We use authentic medicines authorized for use in the UAE, obtained through official, authorized suppliers.
How is the treatment plan decided?
Your practitioner prepares an individual plan after assessing your goals, treatment area and suitability.
Who should postpone treatment?
Tell us if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have an infection near the planned injection area, or have had a reaction to botulinum toxin. We also need to know about muscle or nerve conditions, swallowing or breathing problems and all medicines. We may postpone treatment, suggest another option or ask for further medical advice.
When will I see results?
Changes can begin within the first few days, but the result develops over time. The area, product and your response affect the timing. We set a review point for your plan rather than promising a fixed final-result day. Cosmetic effects often last about three to four months. See our results guide for more detail.

Botox treatment areas and realistic results
Forehead lines, frown lines and crow’s feet
These lines form through repeated muscle movement. We assess them together with your eyebrow position, eyelids and resting expression. Treating one area can affect nearby movement, so the plan considers balance across the upper face.
Botulinum toxin reduces muscle activity. It does not fill a crease, replace lost volume or treat every cause of skin ageing. A deep line that remains at rest may soften only partly. We explain when skin care, another treatment or no treatment is a better choice.
Full-face Botox
A full-face plan coordinates selected areas after assessment. It is not a standard map or a fixed number of injections for everyone. We discuss which movements contribute to your concern and which should remain. Lower-face treatment needs particular care because muscles also help you smile, speak and eat.
Nose, chin and gummy smile
Small, selected treatments may reduce muscle-related nose movement, chin dimpling or excess gum display caused by an overactive upper lip. They do not reshape nasal bone, add chin volume or correct every dental or jaw cause of a gummy smile. A dental assessment may be more useful when the cause is not primarily muscular.
Botox and fillers address different concerns
Botulinum toxin changes muscle activity. Dermal fillers add volume in selected areas. Neither is automatically the right answer for a visible line. We explain the cause we can identify, the options and their different risks before recommending a plan.
Other uses need a separate assessment
Masseter Botox and teeth grinding
The masseter muscles help you chew. Botulinum toxin can reduce their force and may help selected people with jaw muscle symptoms or enlarged chewing muscles. It does not cure every cause of teeth grinding or replace dental assessment, a mouth guard or other treatment when needed. Possible effects include chewing weakness and changes to the smile or lower-face shape. We assess the cause before discussing whether treatment is appropriate.
Traptox and shoulder muscle bulk
Traptox targets the trapezius muscles. Assessment must distinguish muscle bulk from posture, joint problems and other causes of neck or shoulder symptoms. Cosmetic contour treatment is not a general treatment for unexplained pain. Weakness can affect function, so suitability and goals need careful review.
Neck bands, sweating and migraine care
These concerns require different examinations and treatment plans. Read about neck and platysmal band treatment, excessive sweating treatment and headache and migraine assessment. A cosmetic wrinkle consultation does not establish that a medical condition needs botulinum toxin.
Abdomen and buttock contouring
Evidence for botulinum toxin in these body areas is limited. Botulinum toxin is not a proven fat-loss treatment, and a reliable lifting result cannot be predicted. If these areas concern you, we first assess the cause and discuss options with clearer evidence.
Plan your appointment and follow-up
Before your appointment
Bring details of previous botulinum toxin treatment: the date, product, areas and any unwanted effects. Tell us about all medicines and supplements, including blood thinners, antibiotics and muscle relaxants. Do not stop prescribed medicine on your own to prepare for cosmetic treatment.
Let us know about recent illness, skin infection, facial surgery, allergies, pregnancy, breastfeeding, muscle or nerve conditions, and swallowing or breathing problems. We review this information before deciding whether to treat.
After treatment
Follow the written instructions for your treatment plan. Avoid rubbing or massaging the injected areas. Advice about exercise and other activities varies with the area and clinical circumstances; we explain the timing that applies to you. Tell us if you have a facial, massage or another treatment booked soon afterwards.
Allow time for the effect to develop. Do not arrange extra injections at another clinic while waiting for your result. An early uneven appearance needs assessment, not an automatic additional dose.
Review and repeat treatment
We explain the review plan and how to contact us if you have a concern. Repeat treatment is a fresh prescribing decision based on returning movement, the previous response and safe timing. It is not necessary to keep every muscle completely still.

Botox safety and our care standards
Our products and clinical process
Evolution Aesthetics Clinic holds DHA Polyclinic License 6000514. Our doctors work within their licensed scope and approved clinical privileges. We use authentic medicines authorized for use in the UAE and buy them through official, authorized suppliers. We follow the required storage, preparation and handling instructions. We are happy to show you the paperwork.
Some proposed uses fall outside a product’s listed indications. Where this applies, we explain what that means, the evidence and the added uncertainty before you decide.
Common and less common effects
Injection-site pain, tenderness, swelling or bruising can occur. Headache is also possible. Unwanted effects in nearby muscles can cause eyelid or eyebrow droop, uneven movement, dry-eye symptoms or a changed smile. The risks differ by treatment area and product. Lower-face, jaw and neck treatment can affect functions such as chewing or swallowing.
Tell us promptly about unexpected or persistent symptoms. Do not try to correct them with further cosmetic treatment without medical review.
When to get immediate help
Rare serious effects can include a severe allergic reaction or symptoms caused by toxin effects beyond the intended area. Get immediate medical help if you have difficulty breathing, swallowing or speaking, or marked weakness. Swelling of the face or throat, wheezing or collapse also needs emergency care. Do not wait for a routine clinic reply.
When treatment may be unsuitable
We do not inject through an infected area or use a product when you have a known allergy to it or its ingredients. Tell us about any previous toxin reaction. Product ingredients differ; a milk-protein allergy is relevant to Dysport and is different from lactose intolerance.
Pregnancy, breastfeeding, muscle or nerve conditions, swallowing or breathing problems and interacting medicines need review. Cosmetic treatment may need to wait. Licensing and authentic supply are important standards, but they do not remove treatment risks.
Our Botox safety and side-effects guide explains these questions in more detail. For product differences, read botulinum toxin brands and types or Dysport versus Botox.
Questions
Preparation and recovery questions
Can I have Botox before a special event?
Allow time for the effect to develop and for possible bruising or swelling to settle. A first treatment close to an important event leaves little time to assess your response. Tell us the event date so we can discuss timing without promising a specific result by that day.
Can I exercise or have a facial afterwards?
Follow the activity timing in your written aftercare. Avoid rubbing or massaging the treated areas, and tell us about planned facials, facial massage or other treatments. Different guidance gives different exercise intervals; we explain what applies to your plan.
Should I stop blood thinners before Botox?
Do not stop a prescribed blood thinner or any other medicine on your own. Tell us what you take and why. Your doctor will assess bruising risk and suitability, and can coordinate with your prescriber if a medical decision is needed.
Is a top-up always needed?
No. We review the developing result and any concerns before deciding whether another treatment is appropriate. Extra injections are not an automatic part of every plan, and giving them too early can add unwanted weakness. We explain the review terms before your treatment.
