Pressotherapy
of Body

Pressotherapy of Body is a computer-guided compression massage that uses a multi-chamber suit to gently squeeze and release your legs, abdomen, and arms. It boosts lymphatic flow and venous return, helping with swelling, heaviness, and water retention. The session feels like a rhythmic massage, takes about 30–45 minutes, and you can go back to your day right away. At Evolution Aesthetics we perform it on our Pressotherapy device with adjustable programs to target your goals. It is helpful after long hours on your feet or sitting, after workouts, and within body-contouring plans. Because it uses air, not heat or light, it can be done year-round and on all skin tones.

Gentle air pressure moves fluid and eases heaviness: how it works
Pressotherapy is a form of sequential pneumatic compression. You wear a multi-chamber garment (pants, abdominal wrap, and/or arm sleeves) connected to our Pressotherapy device. The system inflates and deflates chambers in a specific distal-to-proximal sequence, creating a pressure gradient. This rhythmic external pressure encourages venous return and stimulates lymphatic flow, helping move excess interstitial fluid toward lymph nodes where it can re-enter circulation. In simple terms: it supports your body’s own fluid transport, easing congestion in the tissues. Pressure level, cycle length, and program are adjusted by the clinician so the treatment feels comfortable while remaining effective. Because it uses air—not heat, light, or chemicals—it suits a wide range of skin tones and can be paired with other body treatments. At Evolution Aesthetics, we perform this treatment on our Pressotherapy device with tailored settings for your goals.Contraindications

Quick sessions, clear schedule, steady results: your plan
Most people benefit from a course of 8–12 sessions, scheduled 2–3 times per week. A single session usually lasts 30–45 minutes. Many feel lighter right after the first visit; reduction in puffiness and better leg comfort build across the course. To maintain results, a session every 2–4 weeks works well, especially if you have a standing or sedentary job. Before your appointment: hydrate well (aim for 0.5–1 L of water in the few hours before), avoid heavy meals, alcohol, and very salty foods for 24 hours, and arrive in thin, clean leggings or long socks for comfort. After treatment: keep drinking water through the day, take a light walk to encourage circulation, and expect more frequent urination as your body moves fluid. Avoid hot baths or sauna for 12–24 hours if you feel flushed. There are no sun restrictions. Pressotherapy can be combined with body-contouring options (for example, cavitation or radiofrequency) on alternating days for synergy—your clinician will plan the order and spacing. What goes well with Pressotherapy of Body?
- Body Wrapping with PressotherapyDo the wrap first to mobilize excess fluid, then add pressotherapy to direct it toward lymph nodes. This combo helps reduce puffiness and heaviness in legs and abdomen, and supports visible contouring after a single visit.
- Cryolipolysis Fat Reduction (Fat Freeze)After fat freeze, your body clears the treated fat through the lymphatic system over several weeks. Adding pressotherapy in the next 24–48 hours supports lymph flow, reduces swelling, and can speed how quickly shape changes show up.
- Cellulite Reduction TreatmentCellulite often worsens with fluid retention and poor microcirculation. Pressotherapy lowers water retention between anti‑cellulite sessions, helping skin look smoother and helping results last longer.
- Radiofrequency Body Skin TighteningRF tightens by heating deeper skin layers, but mild swelling can appear after. Pressotherapy enhances circulation, eases post‑session heaviness, and supports a cleaner contour as tissues remodel.
- Ultrasound Body Cellulitis ReductionUltrasound targets fat and fibrous bands; pressotherapy right after helps move released fluids and lipids toward drainage pathways. This pairing reduces bloat and fits well in inch‑loss plans.
