How it works
Bioremodeling that tightens and hydrates without adding bulk
This treatment uses a high‑purity hyaluronic acid skin booster (Profhilo) that is thermally bonded into a stable hybrid complex. Unlike traditional dermal fillers, it is not designed to add volume or sculpt; instead, it spreads through the superficial fat and dermis after injection, drawing water and improving the skin’s extracellular matrix. The product signals fibroblasts to increase collagen (types I and III) and elastin synthesis, improving firmness and elasticity over time. At Evolution Aesthetics we use the BAP technique: five precise bolus points on each side of the face (cheek, nasolabial/ lateral nose, zygomatic area, pre‑auricular, and mandibular line). This pattern reduces the number of injections while allowing even diffusion across large areas. Most people feel only brief stinging, and any small blebs flatten as the booster disperses within 12–24 hours.

A typical plan is 2 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart. For more lax or dehydrated skin, a 3rd session may be advised. Results build over 4–8 weeks as collagen and elastin increase, with improved firmness and texture lasting around 6–9 months before a maintenance visit is needed. Each appointment usually takes 20–30 minutes.
Before your visit: arrive well hydrated and with clean skin; avoid alcohol for 24 hours; where possible, avoid anti‑inflammatory medicines and supplements that increase bruising (e.g., aspirin, ibuprofen, omega‑3) for a few days after medical approval; postpone if you have an active cold sore or infection. After your visit: keep the area clean and avoid makeup for 12 hours; avoid strenuous exercise, heat exposure (hot yoga, sauna, steam), alcohol, and facial massage for 24–48 hours; do not press or rub injection points; delay dental procedures and facial treatments for 2 weeks. Small bumps at injection sites usually settle within a day as the product spreads.
