Mesotherapy
Mesotherapy is a series of very small injections that deliver vitamins, amino acids, antioxidants and hyaluronic acid just under the skin. It is designed to improve hydration, glow, fine lines and uneven tone on the face, neck, chest and hands. The treatment is fully customisable, so we choose a blend that matches your skin goals. There is little downtime—expect mild redness or tiny bumps that settle within a day or two. It is not a filler and will not change your facial shape; it simply boosts skin quality from within.
Targeted skin boost without surgery or long downtime
Precise ingredient delivery
Microinjections place vitamins, amino acids and hyaluronic acid directly into the dermis, beyond what creams can reach.
No surgery or structural change
Tiny needles only—no cuts, stitches or change to facial contours, just better skin quality.
Quick sessions, easy routine
Most appointments take 30–60 minutes and you can get back to normal activities soon after.
Instant glow with buildable results
Many people notice a fresher look within 24–48 hours, while collagen support improves over the next weeks.
Hydration and firmness that last
Hyaluronic acid binds water and supports elasticity, with effects that can be maintained for months.
Comfortable treatment
Topical numbing and fine needles help keep discomfort low for most patients.
Microinjections deliver actives where creams cannot reach
Mesotherapy uses very fine needles (manual or injection gun) to place small amounts of active ingredients into the superficial dermis, typically 1–4 mm deep. The stratum corneum blocks many helpful molecules; microinjections bypass this barrier and deliver them directly to living skin. Hyaluronic acid draws water and improves turgor, while vitamins, amino acids, peptides and antioxidants support fibroblast activity and collagen synthesis. The controlled micro-injury from each injection also triggers a mild wound-healing response, which further supports texture and firmness. Formulations are selected for your skin needs (hydration, brightness, tone, or fine lines), and sterile, single-use needles are employed. Small papules can appear where product is placed and usually settle within 24–48 hours as the blend disperses and is gradually metabolised.Contraindications

Visible boost in 3–6 sessions, then simple maintenance
Most people need 3–6 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart for a clear improvement in hydration, glow and fine lines. Each session typically takes 30–60 minutes, depending on the areas treated. Results build with each visit and can last 3–6 months; maintenance top-ups every 3–4 months (or seasonally) help keep skin at its best. Before treatment: avoid alcohol for 24 hours; if your doctor agrees, skip aspirin/ibuprofen and blood-thinning supplements (fish oil, ginkgo) for 48 hours; pause retinoids and strong acids for 3 days; arrive well hydrated. After treatment: expect mild redness, small bumps or light bruising; avoid make-up for 12–24 hours, vigorous exercise, saunas, swimming and hot showers for 24–48 hours; use gentle cleanser and bland moisturiser; skip retinoids, acids and exfoliation for 3–5 days; protect the area from sun with broad-spectrum SPF. Allow at least 1–2 weeks before scheduling other face procedures in the same area. What goes well with Mesotherapy?
- Hydrafacial for Face or BackDo a Hydrafacial 3–7 days before mesotherapy to clear pores and lift dead skin so the cocktail spreads more evenly. It also boosts hydration and helps the glow show sooner.
- Face Plasma Therapy PRPPRP adds growth factors that support healing and collagen. Alternate with mesotherapy every 3–4 weeks for better texture, firmness, and under‑eye quality.
- LED TherapyRed and near‑infrared LED calms redness after injections and supports cell repair. Add a 20–30 minute session right after or the next day to reduce downtime and keep results on track.
- RF Microneedling of FaceRF microneedling firms deeper layers while mesotherapy nourishes the surface. Plan RF first, then mesotherapy 1–2 weeks later for tighter pores and smoother texture.
- Exosomes for FaceExosomes deliver cell signals that enhance regeneration and even tone. Combine them in your plan with mesotherapy to boost glow, elasticity, and the longevity of results.
