Icoone vs Endospheres: What Is Different?

Compare Icoone and Endospheres by their handpieces, body and facial services, treatment experience and limits before choosing a consultation.

Icoone facial treatment beside an Endospheres treatment setting

Icoone and Endospheres are different mechanical treatment systems. Icoone uses controlled suction and rollers with small openings. Endospheres uses rotating spheres that apply compression and vibration. Neither is a weight-loss treatment or a guaranteed permanent solution for cellulite.

The useful comparison starts with your area, skin, health and goal. Evolution Clinic offers Icoone face and body treatment and Endospheres face and body treatment.

How their handpieces differ

Icoone's mechanical action is described by its manufacturer as microstimulation. The clinic's body Laser programme can also use light energy, while its face, neck and décolletage services are mechanical. Endospheres applies compressive microvibration through a sphere-covered handpiece, with different equipment and settings for facial work.

Those descriptions explain the technology. They do not prove that one treatment removes more fat, works faster or produces a better result for every patient.

Point to compare Icoone Endospheres
Main mechanical action Controlled suction and perforated rollers Compression and vibration from rotating spheres
Clinic body service Body appointments with the programme and duration agreed first Full-body service covering the agreed areas
Clinic facial service Face, or neck and décolletage, as separate booking options Machine face massage; manual facial massage is a separate add-on
Does a body booking include the face? Not automatically Not automatically

What might feel different?

A suction-based handpiece can feel different from a firm sphere roller. The sensation also changes with the area, programme and pressure. Neither device should be chosen on the assumption that a more painful treatment must work better.

Tell the practitioner if you feel sharp pain or excessive pressure. The treatment should be adapted to your response. Bruising and tenderness are unwanted effects to assess, not targets to pursue.

Compare outcomes with care

Cellulite appearance, skin texture and temporary puffiness are different from body weight or permanent fat reduction. A modest visible change may be worthwhile to one person and insufficient for another. Agree what would count as a useful result before starting.

Device studies use different populations, treatment courses and outcome measures. A small Endospheres body study, for example, cannot establish what a facial session or Icoone course will achieve. We did not find a robust head-to-head basis for declaring one universal winner in the primary evidence reviewed.

Photographs need comparable lighting, posture and timing. A measurement taken just after massage may reflect a temporary change and should not be presented as proof of lasting fat loss.

Choose the appointment you actually need

Icoone body bookings at our clinic include different session lengths. Facial and neck services have their own scope. Endospheres machine face massage is different from its hands-on facial add-on. Explain which areas concern you so we can confirm the right service and full quotation.

Room labels and package names do not describe a stronger device or establish a medical need for more visits. A good plan states the areas, purpose, review point and what is included. You should be able to review progress before automatically buying another course.

Safety can decide the choice

Tell us about recent surgery or injections, medicines, pregnancy, vascular problems and active skin conditions. A device comparison does not override a reason to postpone both options. Neither cosmetic massage is a substitute for medical assessment of unexplained swelling or specialist lymphoedema care.

We explain material risks and alternatives before consent. If neither treatment is likely to help the concern enough, we say so. Authentic equipment and licensed practice are part of our care process, but individual results still vary.
