Cellulite
Reduction Treatment

At Evolution Aesthetics, our Cellulite Reduction Treatment targets dimpling, puffiness, and uneven texture that many people see on thighs, hips, and buttocks. We use Endospheres Lymphadrainage Therapy Full Body on the Endospheres device, a compressive microvibration method that supports lymph flow and firms the skin. Each session lasts 1 hour 15 minutes and is non-invasive, with adjustable intensity to match your comfort. The goal is to deflate fluid build-up, loosen tight bands, and stimulate collagen so the surface looks smoother and feels lighter. Most clients notice a change in skin tone and leg lightness within a few visits, with bigger changes building across a full course. There is no downtime, so you can get back to your day right after the appointment.

Mechanical microvibration that drains fluids and re-tones collagen
We perform cellulite reduction with Endospheres Lymphadrainage Therapy Full Body on the Endospheres device. The handpiece contains a cylinder of rotating silicone spheres that rhythmically compress and vibrate the tissue, a method known as compressive microvibration. This mechanical action acts like a precise pump: it boosts lymphatic drainage and venous return, helping to clear fluid retention and metabolic waste that make skin look puffy. At the same time, the microvibrations apply shear forces that release tight fibrous bands, improving the appearance of dimples, while stimulating fibroblasts to produce more collagen and elastin. Better microcirculation brings oxygen and nutrients to the area, supporting adipocyte metabolism and tissue tone. Because the technology is purely mechanical (no heat or lasers), it suits full-body work while allowing targeted focus on problem zones such as outer thighs, back of legs, buttocks, abdomen, and arms.Contraindications

Consistent sessions for lasting smoothing and lighter legs
Each session takes 1 hour 15 minutes. For visible improvement, most clients complete 8–12 sessions, typically 2 times per week. Many people notice lighter legs and a smoother feel after 3–4 sessions, with the most noticeable changes appearing toward the end of the course. Results can last 2–6 months, depending on lifestyle, hydration, and activity. Maintenance is usually one session every 4–6 weeks, or a short booster series before holidays or events. Before your visit: drink water through the day, limit alcohol and high-salt foods for 24 hours, arrive with clean skin (no heavy creams or oils), and wear comfortable clothing. After your visit: drink plenty of water, add light movement like a 20–30 minute walk to support lymph flow, and avoid intense workouts, hot baths, steam rooms, and other high-heat body treatments for 24 hours. Mild redness or tenderness can occur and usually settles within a few hours. There are no special sun restrictions for this treatment, but avoid very hot environments on the day. For stronger, longer-lasting results, keep a balanced diet, stay active, and combine with targeted firming options when suitable. What goes well with Cellulite Reduction Treatment?
- Pressotherapy of BodyLymphatic drainage helps remove excess fluid and metabolic by-products released during cellulite work. Adding pressotherapy between sessions reduces puffiness, improves circulation, and makes dimples look smoother sooner.
- Radiofrequency Body Skin TighteningRF heats the dermis to stimulate collagen and elastin, firming lax skin that makes cellulite more noticeable. Pairing it with your plan improves skin texture and can help results last longer.
- Ultrasound Body Cellulitis ReductionUltrasound targets fat clusters and tight fibrous bands with a different mechanism than your main treatment. Alternating modalities can loosen septae and boost microcirculation for a more even surface.
- Cryolipolysis Fat ReductionStubborn fat pockets push against connective tissue and deepen dimples. Reducing these bulges with fat-freezing before or during your course enhances smoothing and body contour.
- Muscles Body ToningStronger, toned muscles lift the overlying tissue and improve blood flow. Combine with cellulite treatments to refine silhouette, support firmness, and maintain outcomes with fewer touch-ups.
