Signature Face Lifting Laser Treatment
W-Lift Signature is our dual-lifting laser protocol on the Alma Harmony XL PRO that targets skin laxity and excess volume in one visit. It combines ClearLift and NIR applicators to remodel old collagen, tighten the skin framework, and refine the lower face, jowls, and double chin. The treatment is non-ablative, comfortable, and designed for all skin types, all year round. You can expect a visible lift from the first session, with results building across a short course. How it works
Photoacoustic remodeling + NIR tightening for deeper lift and contour
W-Lift Signature Laser Protocol (Alma Harmony XL PRO) combines two applicators for a multiplicative effect. ClearLift is a Q-switched Nd:YAG fractional laser that emits short pulses (primarily at 1064 nm) to create a photoacoustic wave in the dermis. This wave disrupts old, deformed collagen and elastin without ablating the surface, triggering controlled wound-healing and neocollagenesis. In parallel, NIR (near-infrared) light at an effective wavelength around 1300 nm heats the deeper dermis to a therapeutic range (typically about 40–42°C), causing immediate collagen fiber contraction and longer-term collagen remodeling. The thermal profile also supports mild lipolysis in the submental and jowl regions and promotes lymphatic drainage, which refines facial contours. By addressing the skin framework (via ClearLift) and deeper turgor and excess volumes (via NIR) in the same session, the protocol lifts, tightens, and sculpts with minimal surface disruption. Most clients complete 4–6 sessions, spaced 2–3 weeks apart. A visible lift is common after the first visit, while full results build through the series and may last up to 18–24 months. Maintenance is typically 1–2 sessions per year, depending on skin quality and lifestyle. Session time is about 30–45 minutes, with no downtime. Before your visit: avoid retinoids, acids, and harsh scrubs for 3–5 days; keep the area free of active breakouts; avoid tanning and sunburn; remove makeup before treatment; arrive well-hydrated. After your visit: expect mild redness or warmth for a few hours; use gentle cleanser and moisturizer; avoid hot baths, saunas, intense workouts, and alcohol for 24 hours; pause retinoids/acids for 48 hours; apply broad-spectrum SPF 30–50 daily; stay hydrated and consider light manual lymphatic drainage for the lower face/neck if advised by your practitioner. If you plan injectables, schedule W-Lift either before or at least 2–4 weeks after fillers/threads to preserve both results.

- Uncontrolled diabetes, bleeding disorders, or use of strong anticoagulants (medical clearance required)
- History of keloid scarring or poor wound healing
- Active inflammatory skin conditions (e.g., eczema, psoriasis flare) in the area
- Recent injectable treatments in the same area (wait ~2 weeks after neuromodulators and 3–4 weeks after fillers/threads)
- Photosensitising medications or conditions (consultation required)
