What does Rejuran research show?
A randomized study of 72 people compared Rejuran polynucleotides with a non-cross-linked hyaluronic-acid product for crow's feet. It used a matched-face design: each person received different products on opposite sides. The objective efficacy measures did not show a statistically significant difference between Rejuran and the comparison product in this trial. That does not prove all polynucleotide and hyaluronic-acid treatments are equivalent. That distinction is useful when looking at claims about “skin regeneration”. A biological explanation cannot tell you exactly how much your own skin will change. We agree a visible target, such as the appearance of a defined area of fine lines, rather than promise general reversal of ageing.
How many sessions will I need?
There is no personal session count that can be chosen from a photograph alone. Product, area, skin condition and recovery all matter. Research on one injection plan is not a prescription for every person requesting Rejuran.
At your consultation, we explain the planned visits and when we will review the response. Tell us about earlier injectables and any reaction to them. A review can lead to a change in plan; finishing a course is not more important than checking whether it is useful and well tolerated.
How should before-and-after photos be compared?
Use the same lighting, camera distance, expression and makeup conditions. Include the date of the last treatment and any other treatment used in the interval. These practical controls make a comparison more useful than a single flattering image.
This article does not show clinic patient outcomes. A good published example should identify the exact product and treated area. A result from a different Rejuran product or a combination treatment cannot be attributed to Rejuran Healer alone.
Are all polynucleotide results interchangeable?
No. Our Plinest results guide concerns a different product. The under-eye polynucleotide article addresses dark-circle causes rather than general Rejuran results. Sharing an ingredient family does not make every product, area or protocol equivalent.
What reactions should I report?
The Rejuran trial recorded local treatment reactions, so “polynucleotide” does not mean reaction-free. Report a difficult recovery before another session. Contact us promptly for worsening redness or pain, unusual skin colour, persistent swelling or a new lump. Breathing difficulty or a rapidly developing allergic reaction needs urgent medical care.
We provide written aftercare and a route for follow-up. If the result is limited, we review the original concern and alternatives instead of promising that additional injections will necessarily help.
