Needle-Free
Hair Loss Mesotherapy

Needle-Free Hair Loss Mesotherapy at Evolution Aesthetics is a non-contact scalp treatment that infuses active ingredients deep into the skin without needles. Using the DERMADROP TDA system, it hydrates, calms irritation, and supports stronger, fuller-looking hair. Most people notice fresher roots and a little extra volume right after the first session, with thicker feel and better scalp comfort building over a short course. The treatment is comfortable and feels like a cool, gentle pressure on the scalp. It suits stressed, thinning, or flaky scalps and dull, brittle hair. If you’re looking for a clean, quick way to boost scalp health and support hair growth, this is a practical option.

How it works

High-velocity transdermal delivery reaches the scalp without needles

DERMADROP TDA (TransDermal Application) uses a high-velocity jet of micro‑droplets driven by medical-grade compressed gas to push active ingredients across the skin barrier—without direct contact and without needles. The stream creates momentary micro-channels and carries carrier molecules (such as chitosan oligosaccharides in certain formulas) that bind moisture and help actives diffuse into deeper scalp layers. This builds a local “depot” of ingredients that release over time, supporting scalp renewal, hydration balance, and hair-fiber resilience. During treatment, the practitioner glides the handpiece from the hairline over the crown to the back of the head in guided passes; you feel only a cool, gentle pressure. Formulas can also be misted onto mid-lengths and ends to increase shine and reduce dryness. The session typically finishes with a brief massage around the temples and forehead to relax tension and improve microcirculation.

Treatment plan

Course-based plan for fuller-looking hair and a calmer, hydrated scalp

Most clients benefit from a series of 4–8 sessions, spaced weekly or every two weeks, followed by monthly maintenance to keep results steady. You can expect immediate freshness, reduced itch, and a bit of lifted volume after the first visit; stronger feel, less breakage, improved shine, and better scalp comfort typically develop over 4–6 weeks as ingredient depots build. A single session takes about 30–45 minutes, including consultation and finishing touches. Before your visit: come with a clean, dry scalp; avoid heavy styling products, oils, and dry shampoo for 24 hours; and inform us about any allergies or recent procedures. After your visit: avoid washing the scalp for 12–24 hours to allow absorption; skip harsh scrubs, retinoids, or strong acids for 48 hours; limit heat styling, sauna, and intense workouts for the first day; protect the scalp from intense sun, and use the home-care products we recommend to extend results. For very dry or flaky scalps, a seasonal booster (especially in colder months) can help maintain moisture balance and comfort.
