Ultraformer MPT is a high-intensity focused ultrasound (HiFu) system that concentrates acoustic energy at precise depths in the tissue to create tiny thermal coagulation points (around 65–70°C) without harming the skin surface. These micro-injuries trigger immediate tissue contraction and a longer cascade of neocollagenesis and neoelastin formation, which firms and lifts the treated area over time. MPT (Micro Pulsed Technology) divides each shot into rapid micro-pulses, producing more uniform heating with a smoother feel and improved coverage speed compared to earlier HiFu generations. For body areas, specialized cartridges target multiple planes—from deep dermis and fibrous septa to fascia-like layers—typically at 3.0, 4.5, 6.0, 9.0, and 13.0 mm, depending on thickness and location. Because ultrasound targets mechanical and thermal effects in tissue (not pigment), it works across all skin tones and is unaffected by tanning. A conductive gel is applied for coupling, and the practitioner maps linear passes to build consistent, even tightening across the zone.

Fewer sessions, durable lift for 12–18 months
Most clients need 1 Ultraformer MPT Body sessions for mild to moderate laxity; 3 sessions can be planned for more pronounced looseness. Sessions are spaced 8–12 weeks apart to allow collagen to rebuild. First changes may be felt within 2–4 weeks, with visible tightening peaking around 3 months; results commonly last 12–18 months, then gradual maintenance once a year is recommended.
Before your visit: hydrate well for 24 hours, come with clean skin (no lotions or oils), and avoid exfoliating acids on the area for 48 hours.
After your visit: you can return to daily activities; mild redness or tenderness can occur and usually subsides within hours to a few days. Avoid very hot baths, intense workouts, saunas, or deep tissue massage on the treated area for 24–48 hours. If your plan includes body contour or skin quality support, we can combine or sequence with other treatments between HiFu sessions. Bring your skincare product list so we can confirm what to pause and when to restart. Do not stop prescribed treatment without your prescriber’s advice.

- Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Pacemaker, implanted defibrillator, or other active electronic implants.
- Open wounds, active infection, severe eczema or dermatitis in the treatment area.
- Active cancer or ongoing chemotherapy/radiation (consult your oncologist first).
- Bleeding disorders or use of anticoagulants/blood thinners (medical clearance may be needed).
- Metal implants or surgical mesh directly in the treatment zone.
- Recent surgery, severe hernia, or large scar tissue in the area planned for treatment.
- Uncontrolled diabetes or significant neuropathy with reduced skin sensation.
- Keloid tendency or abnormal wound healing history in the target area.
- Severe obesity where the target depth exceeds device parameters (we will assess suitability).
