Looking for Ulthera or Ultherapy in Dubai because you want a firmer jawline or neck? We offer Ultraformer MPT at Evolution Clinic in Jumeira. We do not offer Ultherapy. Our treatment uses focused ultrasound with an individual plan for your skin, facial volume and chosen areas.
Book an Ultraformer MPT assessment to find out whether it fits your goal. We explain expected benefits, risks and the total price before you decide. Ultrasound treatment can improve selected laxity concerns, but does not replace a surgical facelift.
Are Ulthera and Ultherapy the same thing?
Ulthera is the device-system name; Ultherapy is the treatment name patients often use. It combines focused ultrasound treatment with ultrasound imaging. Its instructions describe treatment at 1.5, 3.0 and 4.5 mm and imaging of tissues below the skin. This helps the operator check tissue depth and contact. Read the Ulthera instructions.
Ultraformer MPT is a separate system. The names are not interchangeable, and booking Ultraformer does not mean that you will receive Ultherapy.
Why do we use Ultraformer MPT?
Ultraformer MPT has a range of cartridges and modes for treatment planning. We select the planned areas and coverage after assessment, rather than asking you to choose a large line count as a promise of a stronger lift. See the CLASSYS technical description.
For a patient with suitable laxity, this gives us a practical way to plan focused-ultrasound treatment across selected facial areas. We discuss the change that matters to you: for example, a softer jawline or neck skin that has become less firm. We also check whether volume loss contributes to the appearance.
Our care includes authentic equipment from authorized sources, a licensed doctor, clear consent, written aftercare and a route for follow-up. These are the standards we provide when you choose treatment with us.
Does one device give better results?
A device feature does not prove a better result for every face. Ultherapy's imaging and Ultraformer MPT's cartridge and mode choices are different features; neither is a treatment guarantee.
Published Ultraformer MPT research includes a 50-patient study with immediate three-dimensional measurements after treatment. It supports further study of regional treatment effects, but it does not compare MPT with Ultherapy or prove how long those measured changes last. Read the MPT study.
We recommend treatment according to your assessment. The goal is a worthwhile improvement in the agreed area while avoiding unnecessary treatment.
What makes a treatment plan worthwhile?
The plan should match the concern. Skin laxity, under-chin fullness and a hollow cheek can need different decisions. Focused ultrasound cannot remove excess skin like surgery or replace missing volume like a volume-restoring treatment.
For our Ultraformer service, we explain the areas proposed, expected degree of change and price before consent. A session price alone does not tell you which areas it covers. We agree what will be treated and how progress will be reviewed.
What risks should you consider?
Ultraformer can cause discomfort, temporary tenderness, redness and swelling. Burns, persistent altered sensation and unwanted facial volume loss are possible. Tell us about implants, skin conditions, previous fillers or threads and recent energy treatments. We assess the timing and suitability before proceeding.
Seek prompt review for blisters, increasing pain, new weakness or persistent abnormal sensation. We give you written aftercare and explain how to contact us.
Discuss your jawline or neck concern
See our Ultraformer MPT treatment options and book an assessment. Bring your questions about the area you want to change; we explain whether our treatment is appropriate for you.
