Relaxation
Massage

Therapist performing a manual back massage
Relaxing massage is a gentle full-session option for general muscle tension, mental fatigue and people who prefer comfortable pressure rather than deep-tissue work. The therapist asks about sensitive areas, previous injuries, health conditions and pressure preference before the session. Flowing massage techniques are then adapted to the selected areas and your comfort. The goal is relaxation and temporary relief of everyday tension, not treatment of an undiagnosed medical condition. You can choose a 60- or 90-minute relaxing massage in Dubai. Tell the therapist if pressure is uncomfortable or if you feel pain, dizziness or numbness. New or unexplained pain, fever, infection, recent surgery, a possible blood clot or another significant medical concern must be assessed before massage.
