Hand and Foot
Reflexology

Hand and foot reflexology is a focused massage session that uses controlled pressure across selected areas of the hands and feet. People can choose it for relaxation, tired feet or hands, or when they prefer a limited treatment area instead of a full-body massage. The therapist checks comfort, skin condition, swelling and areas to avoid, then adjusts pressure throughout the session. Reflexology is offered as a wellbeing treatment. It is not used to diagnose health conditions or to claim that pressure on one point treats a specific internal organ. Open wounds, infection, acute injury, severe or unexplained swelling and significant pain need assessment before treatment. Sessions are available for 30, 45 or 60 minutes, based on the service selected and the areas treated.

When treatment can be unsuitable

A clinician will review your health history, medicines, allergies, and treatment goals before treatment.
  • Active infection, open skin, or uncontrolled inflammation in the treatment area
  • A known allergy to a planned medicine, product, or material
  • A health condition or medicine that requires the treating clinician to change or postpone the plan
