Evolution Aesthetics Clinic
Morpheus8
Body
RF Microneedling for Body uses ultra-fine needles and radiofrequency heat to tighten skin, smooth texture, and improve tone on areas like the abdomen, thighs, arms, and knees. The treatment stimulates new collagen and elastin, helps reduce wrinkles on the body, and can soften stretch marks and scars. It is non-surgical and designed for minimal downtime, so most people return to normal routines quickly. We use Morpheus8 by InMode to reach deeper layers where body skin needs more support. Sessions are tailored to the thickness of your skin and your goals, so results look natural and keep improving for months. At Evolution Aesthetics, you can book one area or add a small extra area in the same visit.
How it works
Deep collagen remodelling without surgery: radiofrequency + microneedles
RF Microneedling delivers controlled radiofrequency heat through a matrix of ultra-fine needles that briefly enter the skin. Each pulse creates a tiny channel and a precise zone of thermal coagulation in the dermis and, on the body, even into the subdermal layer. This dual action triggers a wound-heal response (neocollagenesis and neoelastin) and contracts existing collagen for immediate tightening. Morpheus8 by InMode allows variable needle depth (typically 1–7 mm for body) and energy settings, so we can treat thin areas like upper arms differently from thicker zones like the abdomen. Fractional delivery means most of the skin between channels remains intact, helping recovery while still achieving strong remodelling. The result: firmer, thicker, more elastic skin; softer stretch marks and scars; and reduced body wrinkles in treated areas.
Firmer skin, smoother texture, and less downtime than surgery
Precise energy at the right depth
Morpheus8 can reach up to 7 mm in the body, targeting collagen and fatty layers where tightening is most effective.
Efficient treatment for large areas
Covers body zones like abdomen or thighs in focused passes, reducing total chair time compared with classic microneedling.
Comfort managed with numbing
Topical anesthetic and controlled pulse settings help keep the procedure tolerable across different body areas.
Results that build and last
New collagen and elastin form over 3–6 months, with improvements that can hold for a year or longer.
Visible boost with little downtime
Most people see early smoothing within days and return to normal routines within 24–48 hours.
Non-surgical remodelling
Combines microneedles with radiofrequency to tighten skin and refine texture without incisions.
Treatment plan
Clear plan, predictable timeline, and durable outcomes
Most people need 3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart to see a strong improvement in firmness, texture, and lines. For more extensive laxity or deeper stretch marks, 4 sessions may be recommended. Results build over 3–6 months as new collagen and elastin form and can last 12–18 months; many patients choose a yearly maintenance session. A single body area session typically takes 30–60 minutes, depending on size and depth settings. We offer two versions at Evolution Aesthetics: RF Microneedling body (1 area) (Morpheus8) on device Inmode, and RF Microneedling body (1 area) (Morpheus8) – additional small area on device Inmode, which can be added in the same visit.
Before your session: avoid intense sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanners for 1–2 weeks; stop exfoliants and harsh actives on the area for 3–5 days; avoid blood-thinning supplements (e.g., fish oil, ginkgo) and high-dose NSAIDs for several days if your doctor agrees; arrive with clean skin and no lotions on the area. During treatment: we apply topical numbing cream and adjust depth and energy to your skin thickness and goals. After treatment: expect redness and mild swelling for 1–3 days and occasional pinpoint crusting; keep the area clean and moisturised, avoid makeup on the area for 24 hours, skip hot baths, saunas, and heavy workouts for 48 hours, and do not pick at any microcrusts. Limit sun exposure for two weeks and use a high SPF daily on exposed areas. Bring your skincare product list so we can confirm what to pause and when to restart. Do not stop prescribed treatment without your prescriber’s advice.

What goes well with RF Microneedling for Body?
- LED TherapyAdd LED Therapy 48–72 hours after RF microneedling to calm redness and support faster recovery. Red and near‑infrared light also stimulate collagen activity, helping you keep momentum between sessions. Short, frequent sessions fit easily into a treatment plan.
- Pressotherapy of BodyPressotherapy promotes lymphatic drainage, which helps reduce swelling and tenderness after RF microneedling. Better fluid movement clears cell waste and supports tissue repair. Plan 2–3 sessions in the first week after treatment for smoother recovery.
- Radiofrequency Body Skin TighteningCombine RF microneedling (dermal remodeling) with RF skin tightening (bulk heating) to target both texture and laxity. Alternating these sessions can enhance firmness on areas like abdomen, arms, or thighs. Space treatments by 3–4 weeks to avoid overlap.
- Stretch Marks (Striae) Removal with Erbium LaserFor pronounced stretch marks, alternate RF microneedling with Erbium laser to blend texture improvement with precise resurfacing. This combo can soften edges, even tone, and speed up remodeling on old striae. Keep a 4–6 week gap between energy procedures.
- Laser Cellulite Body TreatmentUse Laser Cellulite Treatment to address fibrous bands and micro‑circulation while RF microneedling thickens the dermis. Together they can reduce dimpling and crepiness on thighs and buttocks. Schedule on separate days and rotate every 2–4 weeks.
