Cocktail Treatment for Face Skin Redermalisation

Monaco Cocktail Redermalisation is a skin-booster style treatment that uses microinjections of hyaluronic acid with vitamins, amino acids, peptides and antioxidants to refresh tired, dull or dehydrated facial skin. It helps fine lines look softer, improves texture, and gives a healthy, even glow without changing your natural face shape. Most people notice a fresh, hydrated look within days, with bigger improvements after a short course. Downtime is usually minimal—small bumps or light redness can appear for a day or two. At Evolution Aesthetics, we also offer a Monaco Cocktail skin booster treatment as a version focused on broad hydration and maintenance.
Real skin quality gains with little downtime
Deep hydration that shows quickly
Hyaluronic acid draws water into the skin, giving a dewy, fresh look from the first week.
Softer fine lines without bulk
Plumps the skin’s water content and dermal matrix without adding volume like fillers.
More even tone and healthy glow
Antioxidants and peptides help reduce dullness and support brighter, clearer-looking skin.
Low-discomfort procedure
Tiny needles and optional numbing cream keep the treatment comfortable for most people.
Works all year round
Not light- or heat-based, so it’s suitable across seasons with simple post-care.
Results that build and last
A short course supports collagen and skin quality for months with easy top-ups.

Hydration and collagen support through HA, peptides and succinate
Redermalisation uses a series of precise microinjections into the superficial dermis. The Monaco Cocktail blends non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid (HA) with vitamins, amino acids, peptides and antioxidants; many formulas include succinic acid (succinate) to support cellular energy pathways. HA binds water to restore skin hydration and improve turgor. The microinjection process itself triggers a controlled healing response that encourages fibroblasts to make new collagen and elastin. Peptides and amino acids act as building blocks and messengers, while antioxidants help reduce oxidative stress that contributes to dullness and uneven tone. The product is placed intradermally using a fine needle in a grid or “napage” pattern, ensuring even distribution and targeted improvement in texture, glow and fine lines.Contraindications

Quick sessions, course-based results that build over weeks
Most people need a course of 3 sessions, spaced 2–4 weeks apart, for strong visible results. A single session typically takes 30–45 minutes including consultation, prep, and numbing if used. Improvements in hydration and glow are often seen within days; texture and fine-line changes develop across the course and keep improving for several weeks. Results usually last 6–9 months after the course, with optional maintenance every 3–6 months depending on skin goals and lifestyle. Before your appointment, avoid alcohol and non-essential blood thinners for 24–48 hours, and pause retinoids/acid exfoliators for 2–3 days (if your clinician agrees). After treatment, expect small bumps or redness for 24–48 hours, avoid makeup for 12–24 hours, skip heavy workouts, heat, and sauna for 24–48 hours, limit sun exposure for 48–72 hours, use SPF daily, and resume actives gradually as advised. What goes well with Monaco Cocktail Treatment for Face Skin Redermalisation?
