Carbon Laser
Peeling of Face or Back
Carbon Laser Peeling is a fast, low-discomfort laser facial or back treatment that clears pores, reduces oil, and refreshes uneven texture. We use Alma Harmony XL PRO with a carbon lotion to lift out debris and smooth the skin surface. It suits congested, acne‑prone, and dull skin and gives an immediate clean, matte look with better tone. Sessions are quick, with little to no downtime, so you can return to normal routine the same day. At Evolution Aesthetics, our doctors have high experience and adjust settings to your skin needs and area treated. We offer both Face and Back versions on Harmony XL Pro.
Clear pores, smoother tone, less oil — visible after one visit
Deep pore decongestion
Carbon draws out oil and debris; the laser blasts it away for cleaner pores without squeezing.
Fast appointments
Face takes about 20–30 minutes and back 30–45 minutes, so it fits a busy day.
Low discomfort, no needles
Most people feel only a light warmth and soft snapping on the skin.
Instant glow with texture boost
Skin looks brighter and feels smoother right after one treatment.
Ongoing oil and acne control
Regular sessions help reduce breakouts and shine for weeks at a time.
Non-invasive technology
Laser plus carbon lotion gives results without harsh chemicals or downtime.
Carbon + Q‑switched laser: deep cleansing and collagen-stimulating heat
We apply a thin layer of medical-grade carbon lotion to the skin. The carbon nanoparticles sink into pores and cling to oil, dead cells, and surface pollutants. Using the Alma Harmony XL PRO (Q‑switched Nd:YAG, typically 1064 nm), our doctor delivers short, high‑energy pulses. Carbon strongly absorbs this wavelength, so each pulse causes a tiny photoacoustic effect: the carbon rapidly heats and fragments, taking embedded debris with it. This lifts out pore contents and polishes the stratum corneum. At the same time, controlled dermal heating triggers a mild wound‑healing response, encouraging new collagen formation that can refine texture and lessen the look of enlarged pores over time. The device allows fine control of spot size, fluence, and repetition rate, which our experienced doctors adjust for the face or the thicker skin of the back. The result is cleaner pores, reduced oiliness, a brighter surface, and gradual improvement in tone and texture with a series of treatments.Contraindications

Fast sessions, steady improvement, and little downtime
Most people see a brighter look after one visit. For oil control, breakouts, and pore size, plan for 3–6 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart. Maintenance every 4–8 weeks helps keep pores clear and shine reduced. A typical session takes 20–30 minutes for the face and 30–45 minutes for the back. Before treatment: avoid tanning for 1–2 weeks, stop retinoids and strong acids for 3–5 days, and come with clean skin (no makeup, lotions, or heavy sunscreen on the area). If you are prone to cold sores, ask about antiviral prophylaxis. After treatment: expect mild pinkness for a few hours; use a gentle cleanser and a simple moisturizer; avoid hot showers, saunas, and gym for 24 hours; skip exfoliants, retinoids, and scrubs for 3–5 days; and wear broad‑spectrum SPF 30+ daily. Do not pick at the skin. Our highly experienced doctors set parameters for your skin type and area (face or back) to balance deep cleansing with comfort, and they will adapt your plan if you also use prescription acne care or other in‑clinic treatments. What helps recovery after Carbon Laser Peeling?
- LED TherapyLow-level LED light reduces redness and supports cellular energy (ATP), so skin bounces back quicker after Carbon Laser Peeling. It calms, decreases post-treatment heat, and helps barrier renewal without contact. Add it the same day or within 24 hours for a gentle boost in recovery.
- Dermatological Ultrasound Therapy of FaceGentle ultrasound micro-massage boosts microcirculation and helps calming serums absorb better. This eases swelling and tightness, supports lymphatic drainage, and reduces the feeling of dryness after your peel. Plan it 48–72 hours after, when the skin is less reactive and ready for extra nourishment.
- Needle-Free Mesotherapy for FaceA pressure-based delivery of hyaluronic acid and vitamins rehydrates the surface without needles or heat. It softens flaking, improves comfort, and keeps the complexion balanced while the skin renews. Book 3–7 days after the peel to avoid overstimulation and to lock in long-lasting moisture.
- Xomage Face Exosomes TreatmentExosome-rich serum guides repair signals at the cellular level. Applied gently over intact skin, it calms irritation, evens tone, and supports collagen renewal without abrasion. Ideal within 24–48 hours to steer recovery and preserve the results of your Carbon Laser Peeling.
- IV Drips TreatmentTargeted IV fluids with electrolytes and antioxidants back up recovery from the inside. Better hydration and micronutrients help reduce dullness, support natural repair, and maintain skin glow while the surface heals. Schedule within the first week to complement your topical aftercare.
