Intimate Area
Dryness Treatment

Intimate dryness can cause burning, itching, and friction during daily activities. At Evolution Aesthetics, we address this gently and effectively using non-surgical options like radiofrequency, fractional laser, PRP, and hyaluronic acid microinjections. Your plan is tailored after a discreet consultation and may include our dedicated Vaginal Dryness Treatment version. Sessions are usually quick and require little to no downtime. Most people start noticing more comfort within weeks, with fuller results building over a few months. The goal is simple: restore moisture, resilience, and day-to-day comfort.

Science-backed energy and biologics restore moisture from within
Dryness in the intimate area often comes from reduced estrogen, lower blood flow, and a thinner mucosal lining, common after childbirth, during breastfeeding, or in menopause. Our treatments target these changes in different ways. Radiofrequency delivers controlled heat into the lamina propria, stimulating fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin and improving microcirculation. Fractional laser (CO2 or Er:YAG) creates micro-columns in the tissue that trigger renewal, thickening the epithelium and increasing natural lubrication. PRP uses your own concentrated platelets to release growth factors (such as PDGF, TGF-β, and VEGF) that support vascular growth and tissue repair. Hyaluronic acid microinjections act like a water reservoir, drawing and holding moisture while improving tissue glide. Depending on your assessment, we may combine methods for a stronger, layered effect tailored to your symptoms.Contraindications
We only proceed when treatment is appropriate. Please inform your practitioner about your health, medicines, and recent procedures.
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding if advised to defer energy or injectable treatments
- Active infection, thrush, or herpes outbreak in the area
- Unexplained pelvic or vaginal bleeding
- Recent childbirth or surgery in the area (usually wait at least 3 months or until cleared by your clinician)
- Open wounds, severe dermatitis, or active inflammation
- Known allergy to treatment components (e.g., hyaluronic acid) or numbing creams
- Blood clotting disorders or current anticoagulant therapy (for injections)
- Uncontrolled diabetes or significant systemic illness
- Autoimmune disease in active flare
- Tendency to keloid or poor wound healing (for laser procedures)
- Use of photosensitising medicines such as isotretinoin (for laser)

Clear plan, realistic timelines, and simple aftercare
Most plans include 3 sessions of radiofrequency or fractional laser, spaced 4 weeks apart; many feel relief after the first, with best results 1–3 months after the series. PRP is usually 2–3 sessions every 4–6 weeks. Hyaluronic acid hydration is often a single session with review at 3–6 months. Maintenance is typically every 6–12 months depending on symptoms. Each visit takes about 20–40 minutes. Before your appointment: avoid active infections and irritants; stop harsh exfoliants and retinoids on the outer area for 3–5 days; shave or trim 24–48 hours prior if advised; if having laser on the outer skin, avoid tanning or sunbeds for 2 weeks. After treatment: keep the area clean and dry; avoid hot baths, sauna, and swimming for 48–72 hours; skip vigorous exercise for 24 hours; avoid intercourse for 48 hours after RF/PRP and for 3–5 days after hyaluronic acid injections; use only the soothing products recommended by your practitioner. Your clinician will give a personalised plan based on whether we use the dedicated Vaginal Dryness Treatment or a combined approach. Relevant treatments you may also consider: PRP for Intimate Area, Fractional Intimate Laser, Radiofrequency Intimate Tightening, Hyaluronic Acid Hydration Injections, Polynucleotide Biostimulation. What goes well with Intimate Area Dryness Treatment?
- Prevent-Age Gynecologist ConsultationHormone-driven dryness is common. This consult reviews age-related changes, medications, and pelvic floor status, then adjusts your care plan (topicals, device-based care, lifestyle, follow-ups). Pairing it with dryness therapy can improve day-to-day comfort and help maintain results longer by addressing the triggers behind the symptom, not only the symptom itself.
- Medical Laboratory TestsTargeted blood work can reveal thyroid imbalance, iron deficiency, systemic inflammation, and hydration or vitamin markers that can worsen dryness. When root causes are treated alongside local therapy, moisture levels tend to hold better, flare-ups are less frequent, and your plan can be tailored precisely to your biology rather than trial-and-error.
- Private Area Rejuvenation by RadiofrequencyGentle radiofrequency warms deeper tissue to stimulate collagen and microcirculation. Better tissue quality supports mucosal thickness and moisture retention, so your dryness protocol works more reliably and may require fewer top-ups across the year. It is a device-based add-on that complements topicals by improving the environment they act in.
- Dermal Filler Labia MajoriHyaluronic filler restores soft volume in the outer area, reducing friction with clothing and during movement. This improves barrier function and comfort, helping the intimate dryness regimen keep hydration longer and easing irritation in everyday routines. The gel is adjustable and can be fine‑tuned over time for natural feel and function.
- O-Shot Sensitivity IncreasePRP uses a small sample of your own blood to concentrate growth factors for local repair. Combined with dryness treatment, it can support lubrication, elasticity, and sensitivity balance by improving blood flow and tissue quality in the treated region. Many clients notice better comfort when sitting, moving, and during daily hygiene routines.
