Private Area
Rejuvenation by Radiofrequency

Private Area Rejuvenation by Radiofrequency is a non-surgical treatment that uses controlled warmth to firm tissue, improve hydration, and smooth the look of the labia. It can help with mild laxity, dryness-related discomfort, and changes after childbirth or aging. At Evolution Aesthetics we offer two versions: Labial Rejuvenation by Radiofrequency (focused on the external tissue) and Labial rejuvenation radiofrequency internal and external (adding a gentle internal step when appropriate). Sessions are quick, with little to no downtime, and most people can return to normal routines the same day. Results build gradually as new collagen forms, giving a natural feel and appearance. The goal is practical: better tissue quality and comfort, not an artificial change.
Non-surgical comfort, steady improvement, and minimal downtime
Non-surgical approach
No incisions or injections; energy works through the skin and mucosa to encourage natural rebuilding.
Targeted energy where you need it
Adjustable settings allow precise treatment of external labia and, when suitable, an internal step.
Low discomfort
Most people feel a warm sensation only; cooling and motion techniques improve comfort.
Short sessions
Typical appointments take about 20–40 minutes, fitting easily into a busy day.
Results that build and last
Collagen remodeling continues for weeks, with effects that can hold for many months with simple maintenance.
Year‑round treatment
RF is not affected by tanning, making it suitable in any season and for all skin tones.
Focused radiofrequency heat boosts collagen and hydration
Radiofrequency (RF) sends an alternating current through tissue, and natural resistance turns this energy into gentle heat. In the dermis and mucosa, controlled heating (typically to therapeutic temperatures) causes collagen fibers to contract and stimulates fibroblasts to produce new collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid. This process, called neocollagenesis and neoelastogenesis, improves firmness, elasticity, and surface smoothness while supporting better hydration and microcirculation. For external labial rejuvenation, a temperature‑controlled handpiece is moved across the skin using conductive gel. For the internal option, a single‑use sterile applicator delivers RF inside the canal under clinician control. Continuous temperature feedback and motion protocols help keep heating even and predictable. Because RF targets water and resistance—not pigment—it works well across all skin tones and hair colors.Contraindications
RF rejuvenation is not appropriate for everyone. A consultation will determine suitability and any adjustments needed before treatment.
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Pacemaker, defibrillator, or other implanted electronic device.
- Metal implants or piercings in the treatment area (remove piercings before the session).
- Active genital infection, rash, open wound, or herpes outbreak.
- Recent childbirth, surgery, or episiotomy within the last 12 weeks (or without medical clearance).
- Active cancer or ongoing chemo/radiotherapy.
- Uncontrolled diabetes or bleeding disorders.
- Autoimmune disease flare or use of strong immunosuppressants without clearance.
- Significant pelvic floor or prolapse concerns that have not been assessed by a clinician.
- Reduced heat sensation or neuropathy in the area.

Clear schedule, quick visits, and results that hold
Most people need 3 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart for a noticeable improvement; some choose 4–6 sessions for greater laxity or dryness. Each appointment usually lasts 20–40 minutes; when both internal and external steps are done, plan a few extra minutes. Subtle changes can be felt after the first session, with the most visible and tangible results developing 6–12 weeks after the final session. Results often last 9–18 months; maintenance is typically 1 session every 9–12 months. Before treatment: arrive with the area clean, trim longer hair if treating externally, avoid perfumed products or irritants for 24 hours, and reschedule if you have any active infection. If you expect an internal step, heavy flow days are not ideal. After treatment: you may notice warmth or mild swelling for up to 48 hours. Keep the area clean and dry, avoid hot baths, saunas, vigorous exercise, cycling, tight clothing, swimming pools, and intimate activity for 24–48 hours. Use only gentle cleanser and a clinic‑approved moisturizer; avoid exfoliants or retinoids on the area for 3 days. Sun exposure is generally not relevant for the private area, but if the bikini line was treated and exposed, use SPF as directed. What goes well with Private Area Rejuvenation by Radiofrequency?
- Aesthetic Consultant Gynecologist ConsultationStart with a gynecologist-led plan. The doctor checks your goals, reviews health factors, and helps time RF with other care. This improves settings, comfort, and results.
- Intimate Area Dryness TreatmentPair RF tightening with targeted hydration. It helps restore moisture balance, reduces dryness-related irritation, and supports elasticity for a better feel after RF.
- Dermal Filler Labia MajoriRF firms tissues, while filler can restore volume and shape of the labia majora. Together they improve contour, reduce chafing, and boost overall comfort.
- Intimate Area Bleaching by Chemical PeelsIf uneven tone bothers you, gentle peels can gradually lighten dark patches. Combining with RF’s texture improvement gives a more even look; schedule sessions a few weeks apart.
- Soprano All Season Laser Hair RemovalHair reduction in the bikini area lowers friction and ingrown hairs. A smoother surface also helps the RF handpiece make even contact. Leave a 1–2 week gap around RF sessions.
