Cellulitis Reduction with LED-Light and Microspheres

This treatment targets stubborn cellulite with a combination of LED red light and vibrocompression using hypoallergenic silicone microspheres. We use the Beautylizer RSL Sculpting system to mobilize fluids, improve circulation, and stimulate collagen so skin looks smoother and feels firmer. Sessions are comfortable, quiet, and do not require special clothing or cause bruises. Many clients notice a lighter feel and better skin texture within a few visits, with steady improvements across the course. It also helps muscle recovery by easing lactic acid buildup and relaxing tight areas. At Evolution Aesthetics, we offer the RSL Sculpting Lymphatic Drainage treatment on the RSL Sculpting device as part of this program.
Smoother skin, less swelling, quicker visits
Visible smoothing and firmer texture
Microcompression and red LED support collagen production, so dimples look softer and skin feels tighter over several sessions.
Comfortable and bruise‑free approach
Gentle rolling spheres and smart pressure control keep the procedure comfortable, with a quiet <49 dB handpiece.
Large coverage shortens appointment time
A 140 cm² treatment area speeds up body work, making it easier to fit sessions into a busy schedule.
Lymphatic boost for lighter legs and faster recovery
Enhanced drainage reduces fluid retention and heaviness and helps clear lactic acid after exercise.
Targeted action on stubborn cellulite
Vibrocompression affects the dermis and fibrous bands where cellulite forms, improving tone even in advanced cases.
Non‑invasive with no special clothing
No needles, no compression suit, and you can return to normal routine right after the session.
Microsphere vibrocompression + red LED: collagen support and drainage without bruising
The Beautylizer RSL Sculpting device uses a motorized maniple with rows of hypoallergenic, FDA‑compliant silicone spheres. As the spheres rotate, they apply rhythmic microcompression and vibration (vibrocompression) to the skin and subcutaneous tissue. This mechanical stimulation boosts microcirculation, promotes lymphatic drainage, and mechanically mobilizes fibrous septae that contribute to the dimpled look of cellulite. The smart touch system monitors contact pressure to keep the force consistent across curves and sensitive zones, while a low noise level (<49 dB) improves comfort. Simultaneously, red LED light (chromotherapy) penetrates the superficial layers, energizing fibroblasts to upregulate collagen and elastin synthesis, which improves elasticity and surface texture over time. A large 140 cm² coverage area helps treat thighs, hips, buttocks, abdomen, and arms efficiently. The combined effect—vascular stimulation, fluid movement, and dermal remodeling—reduces the appearance of cellulite and refines body contours without injuring the skin.Contraindications

Visible change in 6–12 sessions; simple prep and no downtime
For optimal results, we recommend 6–12 procedures, one or two times per week (для оптимального результата мы рекомендуем 6-12 процедур с частотой один или два раза в неделю). Advanced cellulite or post‑surgery recovery plans may require 10–15 sessions. Each visit typically lasts 30–60 minutes depending on the size of the area. Before your appointment: drink water, come with clean skin (no oils or heavy lotions), avoid a very heavy meal right before, and tell us about any new medications. After your appointment: stay hydrated (at least 1.5–2 L water that day), add light walking to support lymphatic flow, and avoid intense heat (sauna, hot tub) and strenuous leg workouts for 24 hours. There are no strict sun restrictions; if the skin feels warm or flushed, skip tanning that day. No compression clothing is required. At Evolution Aesthetics, this service includes the RSL Sculpting Lymphatic Drainage treatment performed on the Beautylizer RSL Sculpting device. To boost outcomes, we can combine or alternate with other procedures when appropriate. - Pressotherapy of BodyPressotherapy improves lymphatic drainage and microcirculation, helping your body flush fluids and wastes released after the LED + microspheres session. It reduces swelling and heaviness and can make skin look more even sooner.
- Radiofrequency Body Skin TighteningRadiofrequency heats the dermis to boost collagen and elastin. Tighter, thicker skin shows less waviness over fat lobules, so dimples look softer when combined with cellulite reduction.
- Ultrasound Body Cellulitis ReductionUltrasound helps loosen fibrous septae and improves local blood flow. Adding it to your plan can target stubborn, compact areas that LED alone might not fully address.
- Muscles Body ToningBuilding muscle under the treated area lifts tissues and improves circulation. A firmer base reduces the look of cellulite and helps maintain contour between sessions.
- Cryolipolysis Fat Reduction (Fat Freeze)If small fat pockets are contributing to dimpling, cryolipolysis can lower their volume. Less bulge under the skin makes the smoothing effect of your cellulite therapy more visible.
